Delete your account · Bot Rivals

In short

In the app: Settings → ACCOUNT → Delete account, then confirm twice.
Without the app: write to info@bsci.coach and we delete the account within one month.
Your profile, name, trophies, currencies and pieces are deleted for good. This cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the app

Open Bot Rivals and sign in to the account you want to delete. You need an internet connection.
On the Home screen tap the gear at the top right to open Settings.
Scroll down to the ACCOUNT section and tap the red Delete account button.
Read the message "Delete the account?" and tap Continue.
On "Are you sure?" tap Delete forever. The game returns to the sign-in screen.

If you are in a duel, finish it first: the game will ask you to delete the account once the match is over. If the deletion does not go through (for example the connection drops), nothing is deleted and you can try again.

Ask by email

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, write to info@bsci.coach with the subject "Delete my Bot Rivals account". Please include:

the email address of the account, or of the Google account you sign in with, and write to us from that address if you can;
your public name in the game, if you remember it.

We may ask for a detail to confirm the account is yours, so that nobody can delete someone else's. We delete the account and confirm by email within one month. You can also ask us, in the same message, to delete your Firebase sign-in record (see below).

What is deleted and what is kept

Data	What happens
Profile: public name, trophies, wins and losses, Coins, Blueprints, Crystals, pieces, toolboxes, Pass, missions, achievements	Deleted from the server straight away. It also leaves the database backups within 35 days.
Your block list	Deleted.
Sessions on every phone	Stop working straight away. A revocation note is kept for 31 days.
Robots, Portrait, name and saved session on this phone	Deleted from the phone. Language and audio settings stay.
Match records	Kept until they expire (90 days from the match), with your identifier replaced by "deleted".
Reports you made	Kept until they expire (one year), with your identifier replaced by "deleted".
Reports other players made about you	Kept until they expire (one year) for the safety of other players, with an opaque code instead of your identifier.
Server logs	Overwritten in rotation (at most 5 files of 20 MB).
Firebase sign-in record (email and sign-in method)	Not deleted by the in-app button, because it is shared with Fleet Rivals, another app from the same publisher. Deleted on request by email.

If you sign in again later with the same Google account or email, you start from an empty profile. Crystals and other virtual items are lost with the account and are not refunded. More details are in the privacy policy.
